RETURN

We guarantee a full refund for defective products purchased, provided that the product is returned in the same condition as when received. If your item arrives defective/damaged or in incorrect/incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement or refund. To claim a replacement or refund, you must return the product immediately before the delivery man leaves your place.

REFUND

To receive a refund you must return the product within 3 working days of purchase. After we receive your returned product, our team will verify it and begin the refund process. Refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase; bank processing may take 07-15 working days.
