The Beauty Mall guarantees a full refund for defective products purchased, provided that the product is returned in the same condition as when received, meaning the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or used. If your item arrives defective/damaged or in incorrect/incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement or refund. But to claim a replacement or refund, you must return the product immediately before the delivery man leaves your place. Otherwise, the product will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

 

REFUND

Thank you for purchasing products from The Beauty Mall.Once a refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The refunded amount will be returned through the original payment method used during the purchase.Please note that the exact time for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the respective bank or payment service provider.
